    Your Roxul r-15 insulation yellow tag pricing is too high up on rafters to read & therefore misleading. The price tags need to be mived down.

    I went to Lowes off of Burkhart RD in Evansville IN and received terrible customer service. needed some cement nails. first person was the cashier waiting for customers to check out she told me to go hardware aisle 13, (no one was at the hardware desk) so then I went to the contactor desk (I think that is what it was called) and there were at least 5 employees sitting there. they sent me to aisle 34 (or whatever I can’t remember the exact number). as I walked by the waiting cashier again she asked if I found them and I told her “they” sent back this way to aisle 34. she asked an employee who was walking by to go clock in and he said aisle 13. so I followed him as he walked down aisle 34 to clock in and I showed him what I wanted and he showed me a small display in aisle 37 with cement nails. I looked myself at what few cement nails that were there and could not see any of the ones I was looking for so I left. NO ONE REALLY HELPED. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH LOWES. NOT SURE IF I WILL EVER WILL GO BACK. and this is the usual place I like to shop for a lot of my needs. there was hardly anyone in the store shopping as it was 6:50 AM. no one attempted to get up and show me where I needed to go or even help me find what I was looking for. the cashier was trying and the employee who was not even clocked in help. but my experience on this visit feb. 2 at lowes off burkhart was horrible. I would rate as a big fat “0”

    I just think you need to know Tom Craig Lynn and Mike and Greg is some of the most knowledgeable people in Home Improvement then you can get anywhere and if you could you may want to put them on a printer and copy a few of them you need them

    I had some return to do, ASM Holly &headcashier Marcy were so helpful & provided me with wonderful service so when i was ready to make my purchase i went back to customer service so one of them could check me out.i will definately come back & recommend Lowe’s to family & friends

    The poorest excuse of poor customer service, professionalism and company representation I’ve seen ever. Ive seen teenagers at McDonald’s have more respect. I went to check out at the last check out and a girl, heavyset African american was literally laying over her register ringing your customers out. Not even raising up to hand them their receipt. No conversation, no smile just a blank pout accross her face. I left her line and continued to watch amazed that she didnt move. I wonder why your manager is not monitoring the areas? And how would you all feel if I as your nurse laid accross your bed to take your vital signs? Or my father who did ran his heating and air business laying over the equipment. I choose to go to Lowe’s your store is convient for me but Home Depot is right down the road and I have always got great service and appreciated for coming there.

    I Was extremely impressed with Scott George. I came in the store in Muskegon, MI with 4 items and Scott worked me through everyone….and know we are having rain gutters on our house…Scott setup the appt and Rob showed up at our door this morning. Scott deserves a 7 for excellence

    A sales rep at the. My Pleasant store
    North. Market near Islses of palm

    Was patient honest and kind and genuinely deserves a oat upon the back for the display of such admirable traits

    We were sent to. My Pleasant from. The. St. James Lowes seek g a 1hp utilitiech deep well pump, as luck would have it there weren’t any 1hp pump at all…but Pam reminded diligent and demonstrated the never give up sttitude.. The entire exchange took approx 45mins to an hour.
    But at the end of the saga, we found that the 1/2 go would serve our purpose. Thanx to. Pam
    Two victories to cherish today the. Patriots advancing to the big showdown. And. Pam

    I purchased new granite counter tops in store 0245 in Forstyhe,Il. The lady that helped me
    was very helpful and knew what my wife and I needed. We took pictures of floor and cabinaites
    which helped on style we wanted. We were in their 3 or 4 times looking. Her name is Jenifier
    Tate. I would recommend her to be Lowes associate of the month for her expertice of coutertops
    for Jan 2018. Thanks Jenifier Tate for your help.

    I recently visited your Wilmington NC store 28412 to purchase a grouting sponge for my NC home. On the web it was listed for $1.99 but when I got back and reviewed the receipt I was charged $2.79. For 80 cents it wasn’t worth my time and travel (your NC store is over 10 miles away from my NC house). My question, why the difference?

    I have been doing business with store 0510 for a good many yrs. Well over 10 to be exact, but here recently the experience has been less than satisfying. Lowe’s has a company policy in place that a 10% discount is given to military but that is questionable. Unless you have a “MyLowes card” that discount will probably not be given. Excuse is that it cannot be added at the register any more. That’s crap. Why the hell should I get your special card when some of us may not even be stateside next week. Besides that, I get your card and then its a pain in the backside when I get to the register. The last one was terminal 64. There was an issue with my Lowe’s card along with a gift card. My wife and I were at the register for almost 20 min. until a mgr. waddled up to see what was happening. Even then I had to follow the waddling mgr. to the customer service desk so that she could do what she needed to do on the computer all the while a line is now getting bigger. This is crap. I have not had trouble with any other Lowe’s except this one store. I have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars here but that is done with. I will be going to another store. It maybe a little smaller but that’s okay, I can always order something in. I am a decorated Navy veteran and any of my brother’s and sister’s don’t need any of MyLowe’s crap. I also don’t need Lowe’s to keep e-mailing me every time I make a purchase. If I need more lumber then I will make the trip, Lowe’s does not need to ask me if I am in need of anything.

    I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for exceptional customer service and quality care and concern for my family. Wayne ~ at the Lowes store in Bridgeport/Clarksburg WV store has gone beyond and well above for my family. We are building 3 cabins and each time I have been into this store he as stepped up to not only be helpful in advice but pointing is in the direction of top quality products. The store is great because of people like him. He works between the millwork desk and plumbing but always stops when he sees us and asks if we need anything. I wish more stores cared like this lowes and I feel this gentleman is a true asset to your business. Because iof his kindness I will complete this cabin build via Lowes help. He deserves to be recognized and thanked. I am sold and a lifelong customer now. I appreciate the genuine kindness. And Justin is an acceptional Manager also. He always has a smile and gives 110% to his customers. He is on the floor daily. He helps employees and customers non stop. A truly great guy. Thanks again. Loyally a customer.     I’ve been going into Lowe’s for a long time now Carlos and lumbar heavyset gentleman has been very nice as well as he’s very knowledgeable out about any products and he’s mostly lumber but you see him anywhere and he’s knowledgeable about the entire store I think so if I had a 1 to 10 I would seven or higher thank you hope y’all keep them around

    I was trying to fill out online survey, but no success. I shop at Lowe’s in Dayville, Ct on average two times a week. I don’t ever have problems. This week I had to pick some things up for the hubby. I had a list and didn’t know much about the items. Was in the paint section and an employee named Erica helped me out. I have to say I had the best experience ever. She wasn’t put out by my list. She went above and beyond. I wanted her to know she was appreciated, couldn’t do the survey so I talked to her manager and I’m putting it here. Erica from Dayville Ct deserves to be noticed. Thank you Sonja

    Went to Lowe’s to get an item in lumber area.Went to checkout saw a 3foot 1 in wide piece of wood in trash can.Ask if I could have it the lady said all wood had to be sold even trash. Took 20min to get a manager.He said charge 25cents This was at the monkey junction lows BAD Service

    I shopped your store on Volunteer Pkwy., Bristol, TN on Sunday and was helped by one of your associates named Landon Carter. I thought he was exceptional! He went out of his way to find what I needed which involved him searching inventory and even called another store where he had to be transferred several times and had to wait on hold. He didn’t seem to mind and seemed genuinely glad to help.
    In all of my years shopping at your stores I have never been more impressed. I hope you will reward him for his effort. He certainly is a great example of what a retail business needs on the sales floor.

    I just want to compliment barbara for helping me at 1505 with my hitachi table saw i bought the display because i couldnt wait for the one lowes was surpose to have ready for me that girl helped me even put in my truck i rate the girl a 7 for going the extra mile

    Great location and Staff.
    Connie Jarvis in the kitchen dept was very Professional and knew what she was doing and extremely knowledgeable in Lowe’s products. She offered great advice and tips for making the best decision on the right products.

    I give the Lowes in Muncie Indiana a rating of 5………the employees all seem to be well informed of the areas that they are in…….They are pleasant and show that our concerns and needs are theirs to help you…….I have seen the manager numerous times helping folks and greets everyone with a friendly smile…….my visit to Lowes has always been pleasant and i find that they back what they say…..you will always find the employees busy stocking……but they always take time to help you

    Lowes lied to me and only partially refunded the amount charged!
    I purchased a freezer to be delivered.
    After sitting at home waiting on the appliance, they called to reschedule delivery. After long conversation determined the freezer was unavailable(no need to sit at home another scheduled delivery date!)
    When I asked for a refund as they had no freezer available, they failed to refund the money for the warranty!
    Will never trust these people again!!
