    I have been going to the Gainesville, Tx. Walmart store for many years. I want to take this time to comment on “one of the best employees” at this store…”Angel”. As many times as I have seen her or need her assistance…she has ALWAYS been there and the best thing of all…she has the BEST ATTITUDE about her job. She is always up-beat, her readiness to help you with a problem, always on “top of her job”! She moves around constantly….seems to have her eye on everything to see that all is running quickly and smoothly! THANK YOU WALMART FOR THIS EMPLOYEE! Please take the time to let her know that somebody took the time to compliment her/ her work ethic / etc.
    Also, I was having a problem with a self-service scanner and an employee “Liz” was there immediately, fixed the problem, did it with a smile and great attitude. Please tell her THANK YOU from a long time customer to Walmart in Gainesville, Tx.

    I was shopping with my husband at store #04567. When my husband notices “loss prevention” litteraly following us around the entire store. Then he notices that Lp is radioing each other about us. He tells me I take notice. I busted up laughing….. I am Operations Supervisor for Jc Penny Corp. I work directly with Loss Prevention.
    Walmart Corp. your employees are in desperate need of some training. I spent over 200.00 at your store and was treated like a thief. I want somebodys ass!!@

    Is the way Wal Mart tries to get customers to come back by refusing to fill the meds. that they depending on to live. After I drove 30 miles one way to get my meds. I was told that the big boss told them not to fill any meds for Harlan Duncan. If you live on insulin shots to keep you alive. Would you think that this the way you would like to be treated by the Pharmacy that you have been counting to stay alive. this pharmacy at the Stamford, Tx. Walmart

    I struggled trying to move my cash Rewards to Walmart pay with high hopes of putting it towards my new Keurig coffee pot. The cashier rang up my total and I told her I was trying to use my cash Rewards and I was trying to bring it up on my phone and was struggling on the app for this was my first time using this and wasn’t familiar with the correct route at this time there starts to be a line of people behind us and I am having trouble and was asking for her help and telling her this was my first time using it and she announces right there that she did not know how to do it on this phone and the lady standing beside her which is another employee did nothing to try to help the situation. I was getting very stressed because they told me that if I could find my email that I could find my barcode I should not have to go to my email I should be able to find it on the app and they should be able to instruct me the right way to do it but did not and we showed lack of customer service and incompetency and it stressed me out to the point where I didn’t even get to use my cash rewards and my boyfriend windup using his credit cards to pay for everything which that’s not what I wanted to do every employee should know how to work the Walmart app on any type phone and Lead customers the right way on how to do everything to keep a fluid line of service running through the register with no body waiting.. I was very disappointed not to mention very upset well I’m standing there trying to go through my multitude of emails trying to find this barcodes and thinking did she just say she does not know how to use this on this phone and getting very mad just thinking about that..id#7m22gc29027

    Today 01/29/18 I stopped in at your Flanders N.J. store receipt 7M22GG14MSJ1 to pick up a few items.
    I have noticed that in the past few months that the store is much cleaner than I saw in the past and the floors are much cleaner.
    Sometimes I stop in at the store in the morning and I can say there has been a change. The store looks very organized and again cleaner than it appeared in the past.
    One other time I was in the store in the evening looking for an item and I was helped out by a manager his name is Joe very helpful and knowledgeable. I can say this is why I return to this Wal Mart with the way the store looks and the help that I received.

    Today, as almost anytime I visit store #386, you were out of some items. Today it was shrimp, Blue Runner Shrimp Creole base, and waxed paper. I like to shop one day a week as I plan my weekly menu and like to get everything I need at once. I find myself growing more and more frustrated trying to shop for items that Walmart is out of or doesn’t stock anymore. (We miss our Mello Joy dark roast coffee!) While I’m at it, it would also be nice if you send some of the nicer casual clothing for women that I see at other Walmarts, more organic produce, and more meats that are free of antibiotics and harmful nitrates. Cancer is so widespread because our food supply is tainted. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if Walmart could lead the way to healthier eating? You certainly have the power to affect change more than specialty stores who do carry healthier products. P.S. Thank you SO MUCH for putting in self-check registers. When I shop at Walmart, I never use the cashier-operated ones anymore.

    I wish that you would make the sporting section larger for the size of the store it is and considering it. Florida is way out away from all of the towns your fishing and sporting and gun department is way too small you lose a lot of business cuz they have to go to Tallahassee

    WalMart Pharmacy, ID 7M225V32V4W, Store #00285, Huntsville, Texas 77340. I ordered 7 prescriptions. My Dr. Authorized all refills. Personnel in pharmacy all could be refilled, but one, Loazepam. I was told by an associate that Dr. Need to approve. My Dr. Agent called & authorized. I then was told that by Associate that the Dr., personally, would have to directly call pharmacy. My Dr. Got irritated & said he had already done what was required. I got notified by WalMart that all prescriptions were ready for pickup except for Venflaxin @10:54 PM 1/25/18. I went today 1/26/18 to pick up scripts. 1st pharmacy check out person told me Venflaxin would be ready 2/6/18. ????what changed the fill dates from 1/28/18 to 2/6/18? Checked out & then checked what refills were in my bag. I had the Venlafaxin but no Lorazepam. I took back to Pharmacy & inquired about what I was told & what actually was refilled. This pharmacy employee that it was the Lorazepam that could not be refilled until 2/6/18. I was so upset about different info by 2 employees looking at the same checkout screen and the emails from WalMart. A pharmacist came to discuss the problem. I went through all the details of what I I was going through. His name was Trevor. He told me that I was given erroneous info from who I had talked about approval. He said the Dr. agent was all that required. Needless to say he was excellent! He understood my consternation, anger, etc. and my problem was remedied. I have shortened all the mess, but this is the gist of my experience 1/26/18.

    Helpful greeter☺, but only 2 cashier lines open. Long wait in lines for retirees, handicapped, children, and customers using their noon job break to shop. It appeared that customers were being “encouraged” to use the self-scan lines by not having adequate cashier staff.

    The WalMart at 7525 Winchester in Memphis Tn. Store #01248 has the BEST Pharmacy in the Memphis area! always professional they go out of the way to help each and EVERY customers! Frank and Bill are the BEST. The other employees are too and always have the best attitude!

    Starla Willis at store # 7224 on Bluegrove rd in Lancaster Tx always goes out of her way to be helpful. I wasn’t feeling well on a recent trip and she noticed and called someone to help carry my groceries to the car. She is always friendly and the Bluegrove store should be commended. Ty, Judy Walker

    The phillipsburg Wal-Mart pharmacy not only has very convenient hours but has a wonderful staff. They are always polite and helpful. I expecially love Maria, the pharmacist, she always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of.

    Walmart Store # 04498 Kim & Inga of that Walmart Pharmacy are all been fantastic dealing with

    The Walmart in Hudson NY has the BEST pharmacy. All the employess Stacy and Joe to name afew are the best. The pharmasists are knowlegeable and helpful. Will not go anywhere else for medicine

    walmart summerfield carries certain goods (great value clam/tomato juice, french cut beans w/ garlic,folgers flavors (coffee enhancer), maxwell house columbian, etc. and when they become popular,walmart summerfield florida, either discontinues or does not restock these items! clothing is same issue.products are often out of stock for weeks.bread, meat shelves are usually half stocked or less. plus new liquer store is over priced more than abc,kindred spirits and publix!!

    We usually go through the self checkout but today we decided to go through the employee checkout & I’m glad we did. She was very polite, & we had a nice conversation with her while checking out. Her name was Deborah. This was in the 24hr Wal-Mart located in Galesburg Il at 2:30pm. Thank you :)

    My husband and I went to walmart in Russellville, ky today and the customer service we received today by Sarah Rogers was outstanding! She went above and beyond and really made our day and didn’t want her kindness and helpfulness to go unnoticed. Thank you!

    After reading through the comments i find im not the only disgruntled walmart shopper. Store #0004 in siloam springs ar. Every week its the same thing. I shop on Saturday morning, busiest day of the week? ? There are too many empty shelves and very few selections. The employees don’t seem to know where anything is. The marketfresh pizzas and sandwiches used to be real good, now the pizzas are poor quality and the sandwiches are stale and hard. Im looking for a different place to shop.

    Hello,
    I was at your Wal-Mart store on Brennan Field Rd.,Middleburg, Florida, 32068, where I shop often and get our meds there.
    Your pharmacist Roy Managing Pharmacist, is amazing! So are the rest of the employees there.
    Roy is very accomodating, I can’t say enough about his kindness, and diligence in making sure our medications are in order!
